1. Information We Collect

Expanse Global collects information required to provision and secure edge node devices and dashboard accounts. This includes company names, employee email addresses, hardware IDs, IP addresses, and edge telemetry logs generated by scanners or gateways.

2. How We Use Information

We process telemetry logs and account credentials solely to manage automated synchronization operations, monitor API endpoint telemetry, provision cluster environments, and enforce SOC2-compliant system security. We do not sell or lease hardware data to third parties.

3. Telemetry Log Retention

By default, low-level edge telemetry logs are cached on secure databases for 90 days. Enterprises with Premium SLAs can customize data retention guidelines, including automated archival to local corporate data warehouses or immediate purges.

4. Data Protection & Sovereignty

We host client instances on secure servers utilizing military-grade transit encryption (TLS 1.3) and storage encryptions (AES-256). Physical edge nodes are hardened to prevent extraction of database secrets.

5. Contact Compliance

For privacy audits, SOC2 verification requests, or database deletions, please reach out to our privacy compliance desk at connect@expanseglobaltech.info.
