1. Master Agreement Acceptance
By deploying an Expanse Global cloud instance, linking edge hardware (ScanPro, IoT Gateway, Rugged Tab), or accessing the central console, you agree to comply with this Master Agreement. If registering on behalf of a corporation, you represent that you hold signing authority.
2. Edge Device Provisioning
Expanse Global provisions sandbox environment subdomains under `*.expanse.global` namespace. Users are responsible for configuring secure edge tunnels and updating firmware protocols to protect local networks. Custom hardware configurations must not exceed licensed node limits.
3. Telemetry License
You grant Expanse Global a limited, non-exclusive license to process, query, and pipeline telemetry logs produced by physical nodes. This processing is strictly limited to running edge functions, database sync triggers, and warning alerts configured inside your console.
4. Operational Restrictions
Reverse-engineering edge controller firmware, bypassing API rate limiters, injecting malicious binary scripts, or using Expanse Global cloud clusters for unsanctioned high-frequency server workloads is strictly prohibited and results in immediate instance termination.
5. Governing Law
This Master Agreement is governed by the laws of India, with sole jurisdiction given to the courts of Nagpur, Maharashtra. Dispute resolution audits shall proceed under local commercial arbitration guidelines.
